About Knit Together Wellness

Hello! My name is Lori Clouser and I am your Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Independent Revelation Wellness Instructor. I am wife to Scott and mom to Audrey, Maverick and Colton and dog mom to our Silver Lab named Ranger. I am not only a Health Coach but homeschool mom, apparel decorator and laser engraver, along with many other jobs throughout the day. I love spending time at home reading a book.

As a Health Coach, I work with women one-on-one and in group settings to take a Christ-Centered approach to address all areas of health including....healthy eating, gut health, relationships, exercise, stress management, sleep, career, physical, mental, spiritual and emotional health. It's about the WHOLE BODY and WHOLEHEARTED living. 

I inspire women to walk in their God given identity within every area of their life...physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally. Empowering them to stop living a life of balance and to begin living WHOLEHEARTEDLY. Holding space for the whole you to connect with the ONE who insists on moving you towards wholeness and transforming you more into His likeness.

We make space for Him in all areas of your life. Psalm 139:13-16 reminds us that "you are fearfully and wonderfully made." He has given you all the tools you need to be all He created you to be. You are His and He delights in you. Together we will seek Him while leading you towards wholehearted living.
